By better anticipating future short- and long-term work demands, the service provider will be able to reduce costs while ensuring it has the right number of field technicians to handle scheduled work as well as emergency situations. ClickForecast automatically generates a forecast based on a variety of critical information such as historical trends, sales and marketing projections, strategic organization events, seasonal events like the fall storm season and major construction projects.
ClickPlan ensures service providers have enough resources with the right skills in a given territory at the right time to meet future demand. Together, these applications will help the phone company optimize its workforce scheduling while strengthening customer relationships.
