Cesar Felix, supply chain and operations director of Campbell Soup Mexico, will present, "Demand sensing enables DDSN and S&OP improvements at Campbell Soup" at the IBF Supply Chain Forecasting & Planning Conference: Latin America Experiences.
Campbell Soup implemented Terra Technology's Demand Sensing and Inventory Optimization solutions in 2004 and has realized significant results. Cesar will discuss the steps Campbell's has taken on the journey to implementing a demand-driven supply network, including transforming the planning organization, re-implementing existing planning systems, introducing an S&OP process and implementing innovative Demand Sensing and Inventory Optimization solutions.
Campbell Soup has decreased safety stock 20 percent and saved $20 million in inventory. Commenting on the upcoming presentation, Robert F.
